Hi Everyone,

Just a quick post.

If you have capsules you find hard to swallow, here is what to do:

1)  Take a drink of water and swallow

2)  Put the capsule(s) in your mouth and wet with your tongue and mouth

3) Take a gulp of water

4)  Lean head forward and the capsules will float to the back of your mouth for easy swallowing.
