<I’m a licensed massage therapist who practices Cranial Sacral Therapy, Therapeutic Massage, Healing with Energy, and Cranial Release Technique.

I’ve studied about nutrition since I was in my 20’s so I try to pass on what I think is worthwhile. People will always have their own opinions, even the “experts” in the health industry have different view points about what is the “correct” or “right” or “healthy” thing to do. I’ve been taking the InnerLight Products (SuperGreens, etc.) for several years now. After extensive research and trying other products, I believe they are the best. They can handle a variety of challenges. Try them for yourself.

I’m also a musician (drummer) who likes to play the blues. I live in Florida with my husband, Dan, and our dog, Molly.

I read constantly and like to go fishing. I spend more time on the computer than i like, but business demands it.
